What if Remit is unable to fill my requirements?

We work closely with you to really understand your business. We also advertise on all of the major internet job boards, have access to their CV databases as well as our own candidate database. We are experts at sourcing the right candidates and over the last 2 years we have filled over 95% of all vacancies where we work exclusively with our clients. On the odd occasion where this has not been possible we have back up supply agencies, we will manage this at no extra cost.

How can Remit offer a better service for a lower cost than standard agencies?

Traditional agencies only fill around 20% of the roles they work on, you are paying for the work they do on roles they don’t fill.

The vast majority of candidates use the internet to search for jobs. We are experts at finding the right candidates and fill over 95% of all jobs where we work exclusively with clients.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. we charge a fixed percentage agreed in advance. This percentage is based on the type of contract you have. Contracts are available for specific roles, 6 month or 12 month periods

When will I be invoiced?

When the candidate starts we invoice for our services. You do not pay a fee if you don’t take a candidate

What happens if we don’t recruit during our contract?

If you don’t recruit during the period of your contract, no problems and there are no fees. We schedule a regular 3 month service call to keep up to date with your business.
